IT Fleet Hire Across Qatar — Doha, Lusail, Al Khor and Project Sites
Project contractors, energy sector teams, and companies scaling across Lusail City. Local inventory in Qatar, same-day deployment in Greater Doha, next-day to Al Khor, Al Wakrah, and project sites anywhere in the country.
How it works
Submit your device requirement, MDM profile, and go-live date for all cities in a single request.
We image the full fleet at our facility, so every device leaves pre-configured to the same standard regardless of destination city.
Dispatch is split by city and timed to arrive at each location on the same go-live date. One deployment plan, not many.
Who uses this
Project site offices in Al Khor or Lusail while administrative teams are based in West Bay Doha.
Ras Laffan and North Field project teams needing IT on rotating contractor cycles.
Businesses opening new offices in Marina District or Energy City Lusail alongside existing Doha locations.
Regional HQs in West Bay deploying to project offices across Qatar without separate procurement per site.
Multi-location IT hire for Qatar's project-driven economy
Qatar's business geography is expanding. West Bay towers still hold most multinational regional offices, but Lusail City has matured into a serious commercial district with its own corporate cluster around Marina District and Energy City. Al Khor and the Ras Laffan Industrial City corridor serve the energy sector's contractor workforce. Companies operating across two or more of these areas face the same IT deployment coordination problem every time they staff up.
Qatar's construction and infrastructure market remains at scale post-World Cup, with projects continuing across the North Field gas expansion, road network upgrades, and the Lusail urban development programme. EPC contractors, engineering consultancies, and professional services firms supporting these projects regularly open temporary site offices in Al Khor, Lusail, or Al Wakrah while maintaining their administrative base in Doha. Getting IT to those site offices quickly, without separate procurement processes for each location, is where a multi-site hire agreement earns its value.
JD Tech Rentals holds inventory inside Qatar. Devices are not shipped from Pakistan or another country for your contract — no customs delays, no temporary import paperwork, and no cross-border lead times affecting your project schedule. We deploy same-day across Greater Doha and next-day to Al Khor, Lusail, and Al Wakrah. For site offices in industrial zones or project camps further afield, we confirm deployment timelines at quoting stage.
All Qatar deployments come under a single fleet hire agreement covering every location. The 48-hour device swap guarantee runs at each site, not just the Doha head office. A device failure at an Al Khor energy sector office gets a replacement from Qatar stock — your project timeline does not depend on international shipping windows.

How does Qatar VAT apply to a multi-site fleet hire agreement?
Qatar introduced a 5% VAT regime effective January 2024. IT rental services supplied to businesses in Qatar are generally subject to this rate. JD Tech Rentals issues VAT-compliant invoices for all Qatar engagements, covering all delivery locations under one agreement. If your organisation is VAT-registered in Qatar, confirm input tax recovery eligibility with your finance team or a Qatar-registered tax adviser.
Can you supply devices to a project camp or site office outside of Doha?
Yes. We handle deliveries to project sites, industrial zones, and field offices across Qatar. Al Khor, Al Wakrah, Ras Laffan vicinity, and MANATEQ economic zones are all within our Qatar deployment network. Give us the site address at quoting stage and we confirm the delivery schedule. Timelines for non-Doha locations are typically next-day from order confirmation.
We have staff rotating between Doha and a project site on a 28/28 cycle. How does that work with device rental?
Project rotation cycles work well with our rental model. You can keep a fixed fleet at each site that stays put while staff rotate, or maintain a smaller float of devices that follow staff moves with prior notice. We can structure the agreement either way. Give us your rotation schedule and headcount at quoting stage and we propose the most practical device allocation model.
