IT Fleet Hire Across the UAE — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Every Emirate
Whether your teams are split between DIFC and ADGM, or you're rolling out to offices across all seven emirates, we coordinate every location from one agreement. Local UAE inventory, same-day in Greater Dubai, next-day anywhere else.
How it works
Submit your device requirement, MDM profile, and go-live date for all cities in a single request.
We image the full fleet at our facility, so every device leaves pre-configured to the same standard regardless of destination city.
Dispatch is split by city and timed to arrive at each location on the same go-live date. One deployment plan, not many.
Who uses this
Multi-entity businesses with staff across DIFC, DMCC, SAIF Zone, or ADGM under one fleet hire agreement.
Regional HQ in Dubai rolling out IT to new offices in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and the northern emirates.
Staff working from different emirates — home offices, co-working spaces, or satellite branches.
Site offices in different emirates for a fixed project period, devices returned when the project closes.
Multi-emirate IT fleet hire — without the coordination overhead
Companies in the UAE rarely operate from a single emirate. A Dubai mainland registration often sits alongside a free zone entity in Sharjah or Ajman. Multinationals roll out to Dubai first, then expand to Abu Dhabi for government-linked work, then add Ras Al Khaimah for manufacturing operations. Each expansion brings an IT procurement problem.
JD Tech Rentals resolves that by treating your UAE-wide fleet as a single deployment project. One spec, one MDM enrolment, one go-live schedule. We stage and image the full fleet, split the dispatch by emirate, and deliver to each location on the agreed date. Devices arrive configured and ready to use, whether the destination is Business Bay, Al Maryah Island, SAIF Zone, or RAKEZ.
Free zone companies see this most directly. A business with a DIFC entity, a DMCC subsidiary, and back-office staff in Sharjah Media City would traditionally manage three separate IT procurement processes. A multi-emirate hire agreement handles all three under one contract with a single 5% VAT-compliant invoice your finance team can process without splitting entries by free zone authority.
Our UAE coverage runs across all seven emirates: Dubai's major commercial zones from Downtown to Dubai Silicon Oasis, Abu Dhabi including ADGM and Masdar City, Sharjah's SAIF Zone and Hamriyah Free Zone, Ajman Free Zone, RAKEZ in Ras Al Khaimah, and delivery on request to Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. The 48-hour device swap guarantee applies at every UAE location, not just the hub emirate.

How does UAE VAT work on a multi-emirate fleet hire agreement?
IT equipment hire is subject to 5% VAT across the UAE regardless of which emirate devices are deployed to. JD Tech Rentals issues a single VAT-compliant tax invoice covering the full fleet, with delivery locations itemised if your finance team needs a breakdown by entity or free zone. Registered businesses can recover input VAT on the full invoice through their standard UAE VAT return.
Can we add a new emirate to an existing fleet hire agreement mid-contract?
Yes. We can add new delivery locations to a live contract without issuing a new agreement. If you expand from Dubai and Abu Dhabi to Sharjah or RAK mid-term, we add those locations and the additional devices to your existing agreement and adjust the monthly invoice accordingly. Give us 24 to 48 hours to stage and image new devices for the added location.
We have remote staff working from home addresses in different emirates. Can you deliver to those addresses?
Yes. Home-address delivery for remote employees is a standard part of the fleet hire service. You provide the delivery list at order stage; we dispatch pre-imaged devices directly to each address. This is common for multinational teams with UAE-based remote staff spread across Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi home addresses.
