Laptop Fleet Deployment Across Pakistan — One Agreement, Every City
Software houses, BPOs, and NGOs with offices in multiple cities. You place one order; we coordinate delivery, imaging, and setup to Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and wherever else your teams are.
How it works
Submit your device requirement, MDM profile, and go-live date for all cities in a single request.
We image the full fleet at our facility, so every device leaves pre-configured to the same standard regardless of destination city.
Dispatch is split by city and timed to arrive at each location on the same go-live date. One deployment plan, not many.
Who uses this
Branch offices in Lahore and Islamabad, or Karachi and Lahore, deploying remote dev teams simultaneously.
National programmes with field coordination offices across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Peshawar.
Opening a second call centre while the first is running — both cities need to come online together.
Fixed-term project offices in multiple cities, devices needed for the contract period and returned after.
Why companies with multiple city offices choose JD Tech Rentals
Managing separate laptop orders for each city office is slow and creates inconsistency. Your Karachi office gets devices a week before Islamabad. The configurations differ. Your IT team spends half its time on logistics instead of setup.
JD Tech Rentals treats a multi-city deployment as a single coordinated project. You submit one device spec, one MDM profile, and one go-live date. We stage the full fleet at our imaging lab, split the dispatch by city, and deliver to each location on the same schedule. Devices arrive pre-imaged and ready to hand to staff on arrival.
This works for software houses scaling from a single Lahore or Karachi office to a second branch in Islamabad. For NGOs running national programmes with field coordination offices across Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, and Islamabad. For BPOs opening a second call centre in Lahore while the first is already running in Karachi. The model suits any organisation where two or more Pakistani cities need to come online at the same time.
We cover all major commercial centres: Karachi's I.I. Chundrigar Road and Gulshan-e-Iqbal corridors, Lahore's Gulberg and Johar Town clusters, Islamabad's Blue Area and F-sector markets, Rawalpindi's Saddar and Westridge zones, Peshawar's Hayatabad and University Town, Faisalabad's D-Ground and Canal Road, Multan's Abdali Road, and Sialkot's Cantt and export zones.
Devices on rent across multiple Pakistani cities come under a single master agreement. The 48-hour swap guarantee applies at every location, not just the primary office. If a device fails in Peshawar, we dispatch a replacement from the nearest stock point directly to your Peshawar address, not routed via Lahore.

Can we get one invoice for a deployment across multiple Pakistani cities?
Yes. Multi-city orders are consolidated under a single master rental agreement with one monthly invoice covering all locations. This simplifies your accounts payable process and avoids separate contracts for each city. If your finance team needs city-level cost breakdowns within the consolidated invoice, we can structure the line items accordingly.
How does the 48-hour swap guarantee work across cities?
The guarantee applies at each delivery location independently. We do not route replacements through a central office. If a device fails in Peshawar or Multan, a replacement is dispatched directly to that city from our nearest stock point. Turnaround from fault report to replacement delivery is 48 hours or less at every location, not just Karachi or Lahore.
We need devices deployed to remote employees at home addresses, not just office locations. Is that covered?
Yes. Home-address delivery for remote employees is part of the multi-city deployment model. You provide the list of addresses at order stage; we dispatch pre-imaged devices directly to each employee's location. This is common for software houses with remote developers spread across several cities and for NGOs with programme staff working from home offices in smaller towns.
