How does billing work for a project-based rental?
We offer project-term contracts aligned to your production timeline — 1 month, 3 months, 6 months. The per-seat monthly fee is fixed for the contract term. At end of term, devices are collected and the contract closes with no asset disposal overhead.
Can we rent additional workstations mid-production if scope expands?
Yes. Additional devices can be added under your existing agreement if stock is available. We recommend confirming additional units at least 5 working days in advance for GPU workstations as these are specialist inventory items.
