How does the swap guarantee work across multiple BPO sites?
The 48-hour swap applies at each delivery location independently. We don't route replacements through your head office. If a device fails at your Lahore site, a replacement goes directly to Lahore. If it fails in Karachi, the replacement goes to Karachi.
Can we add devices mid-contract when opening a new call centre?
Yes. Devices can be added under your existing agreement at agreed review intervals. We coordinate delivery, imaging, and MDM enrollment for the new site in parallel with your existing operations.
