Island-wide collection without the logistics overhead

Bahrain's compact geography makes island-wide device collection genuinely practical. A collection scheduled from Manama can reach Riffa, Muharraq, or Hamad Town within the same day. For companies with staff across Bahrain's governorates — or remote employees working from home addresses — end-of-rental collection does not require your team to chase devices or coordinate drop-offs at an office.

FinTech companies at Bahrain Financial Harbour and regulated institutions under the Central Bank of Bahrain require documented chain of custody for decommissioned devices. Photo confirmation emails sent on the day of collection and per-SSD NIST 800-88 wipe certificates issued on processing provide the documentation your CBB compliance file requires. Bahrain's PDPL (Law No. 30 of 2018) carries criminal penalties for serious data protection violations — leaving uncollected devices with live employee or client data is a compliance exposure our collection service eliminates.

For Saudi businesses maintaining a Bahrain entity with a combined rental fleet across both countries, we coordinate end-of-contract collection in both jurisdictions under a single operation. NBR-compliant invoices at 10% VAT for Bahrain pickups; ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoices for Saudi locations.

Common questions

We are a regulated FinTech. Do your wipe certificates satisfy CBB IT governance requirements for decommissioned devices?

Our per-SSD NIST 800-88 Rev.2 certificates include device serial number, wipe method, timestamp, and pass/fail status per drive — the documentation format intended to satisfy CBB IT governance and audit requirements. Photo confirmation emails sent on collection day provide the chain-of-custody record. If your CBB compliance file requires additional certificate fields, raise that before collection and we confirm the format meets the requirement.

Is end-of-rental collection island-wide included in the rental agreement, or is there a charge per location?

Final collection at contract end is covered by JD Tech Rentals across all Bahrain locations — Manama, Riffa, Muharraq, Hamad Town, and home addresses. There is no per-location surcharge for Bahrain destinations. Mid-contract pickups for employee offboarding or upgrades are charged at actual cost, with NBR-compliant VAT invoicing, confirmed before any mid-contract collection is arranged.

We have rental devices in both Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. Can you collect from both countries at end of contract?

Yes. We hold in-country operations in both Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. End-of-contract collection across both countries is coordinated as a single operation. NBR-compliant 10% VAT invoices for Bahrain chargeable pickups; ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoices for Saudi. Your IT and HR teams deal with one vendor and one go-return date for both jurisdictions.
